Slovenian literary encounters, featuring a lecture on Slavko Grum by Darja Peperko Golob (Miran Jarc Library, Novo mesto) and kamishibai performances based on Slovenian literary tales and a workshop by Breda Kočevar (Črnomelj Library) and Tatjana Grabrijan, organised by Slovenian Culture and Information Centre, Vienna (SKICA) (Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia Vienna), Miran Jarc Library, Novo mesto, Slovenian Institute in Vienna, and Austrian Centre for Ethnic Groups,
The regional library is the seat of the Library Association of Dolenjska.
