The journal publishes detailed analyses of Slavic mythopoetic traditions, and comparative studies on the mythology and religious notions of older Slavic, Eurasian and other civilisations. The character of the publication is both international and interdisciplinary, covering themes from the field of ethnology, philology, history, archaeology, religious studies, history of literature, and philosophy.
