The Postgraduate School was founded in the academic year 2004. A year later the Research Centre (ZRC SAZU) became one of the co-founders of the School. The institution holds several bilateral agreements for international student and academic staff exchange (ERASMUS, other partner universities from Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa).
