The Initiative organises literature events, study reading clubs, lesbian cinema events, discussions, music evenings, workshops and exhibitions. In 2011 in collaboration and during the 12th edition of International Feminist and Queer Festival Red Dawns LFU presented their publications (LGBTQ dictionary and Bibliography of Lesbian, Feminist and Women Studies publications) and edition Heavenly Brain Sparks [Božanski možganski utrinki] published by Apokalipsa Cultural and Artistic Association. Together with Apokalipsa Association the members of LFU collaborated on creating of Gender magazine.
The event announcements are published on the LFU blog where also study literature and video lectures can be found.
