Joining their creative forces in 1992 but working together even before, in the 1980s, Žoambo Žoet Workestrao are an alternative rock band, alternative here meaning at least dadaistic hardcore, deconstructive noise and impro punk. With a special affinity towards self-irony and social criticism, Guitarist Gregor Belušič and bassist Ivo Podržaj (both also vocalists) and drummerMarjan Stanič (who joined in 1995) were never easy to categorise and are considered by some as one of the most original rock bands in Slovenia.
