The contents of the festival are intended for individuals who are young at heart and interested in discovering new forms of art and multimedia. Since [[established::1999]] it has been organized by an alternative youth centre, [[C.M.A.K. Cerkno]], whose young organization team provides with festival events that range from art exhibitions, theatre performance, poetry recitals, lectures, concerts, sport activities and various workshops, of fotography, animation or audio engineering just to name a few.
