Published since 1992, Piranesi is one of the oldest architectural magazines in central Europe, plunging along with [[Piran Days of Architecture]] and the [[Piranesi Award]] into every important European architectural debate. Each magazine incorporates a thematic block covering important architectural events in central Europe, along with news and information about international architectural seminars and workshops. A comprehensive insight is given into individual opus through vivid interviews and photographic vision. Each year the Alpe-Adriatic Architectural Exhibition and the Premio Piranesi Awards are presented at length. A historical section is dedicated to state-of-the-art architecture of the first decades of the 20th century. Information about publications, exhibitions, seminars, competitions, a calendar of events and short reviews of important architectural events wraps up each issue. A biannual version of the magazine is also distributed in America and Australia. Articles are published in both original language and Slovene translation. | Published since 1992, Piranesi is one of the oldest architectural magazines in central Europe, plunging along with [[Piran Days of Architecture]] and the [[Piranesi Award]] into every important European architectural debate.
