Venue
The venue was extensively renovated in 2005 and has one modernly equipped multipurpose hall used for concert, theatre and other performances which can accommodate up to 324 visitors. There is also a smaller hall for up to 60 visitors suitable for lectures, conferences and screenings as well as the foyer which is used as a gallery space for exhibitions and smaller meetings.
Programme
Some of the theatres whose plays are regularly hosted at Narodni dom Mežica are the Slovene National Theatre Drama Ljubljana, Ljubljana Puppet Theatre, Koper Theatre, Maribor Puppet Theatre and Mini Theatre. Of the occasional music acts on the stage of Narodni dom, one can name RTV Slovenia Big Band, MI2, Carmina Slovenica, Vlado Kreslin, Šukar and Josipa Lisac.
