In 2006 Kanal A was watched by between 12 and 16.1 (prime-time) per cent of viewers aged 18-49 (AGB Nielsen Media Research). Kanal A's programming includes news from Monday to Friday, talk shows, Big Brother, popular Slovene series and films, as well as international documentaries and sports programmes. Its focus is the popular Sunday evening prime-time film slot, which features family films, action films and dramas.
