The network is mostly aimed at youth, between 14 to 30 years old, living, studying or working in Ljubljana. The estimated number of youngster preceeds 70.000 potential users, especially during the year when Ljubljana becomes a vibrant student city. The network therefore represents a usefull resource for the ones who would like to spend their leisure time doing all sorts of mostly free of charge activities: from creative writing workshops, educational seminars, drawing and painting workshops, to swimming in one of the city pools during the summer.
