International cooperation
The Institute has been involved in several international projects, including the General Slavonic Linguistic Atlas (OLA), the European Linguistic Atlas (ALE), Trans-European Language Resources Infrastructure (TELRI II), the International Federation of Terminological Centres and Banks (IFTB), and the Encyclopaedia of Slovene Onomastics - EOS.
The Institute publishes the Slovene Linguistic Studies journal together with the Joyce and Elizabeth Hall Center for the Humanities at the University of Kansas, Lawrence, USA.
