Other projects
In 2007 she released her first CD with her group Katarchestra, which was an international collaboration, focused on reinterpreting slovenian folk motives into contemporary musical forms. Among the many projects in which she has been involved, her collaboration with international European Movement Jazz Orchestra as composer and piano player stands out. In 2010 they released an album for one of the most exciting european jazz labels Clean feed.
Lately she founded Badbooshband, a trio within which she on piano, Mattia Magatelli on bass and Luca Marini on drums are exploring more adventerous currents of contemporary jazz, delving into improvisation as well as composition.
