Run by Cerknica Municipality, Kulturni dom Cerknica incorporates a 203-seat hall with a 70 square-metre stage which was recently renovated and is now well equipped with sound and lightning equipment. The hall and other facilities may be rented. In the 2006-2007 season more than 100 events took place in the hall, including music concerts (Mia Žnidarič, Jadranka Juras, [[Čompe]], Kal), theatre performances ([[Muzeum Institute]], [[EPI Centre]], [[OPS! Institute]], [[Prešeren Theatre Kranj]]), local amateur shows and programmes for children.
