CPZ (Cela pametna založba) - meaning 'wholly smart publishing' - is a renowned record label belonging to the music management and booking agency KURZ Institute for Organisation and Promotion. The label is predominantly releasing music by bands and projects that are managed by the agency. Though CPZ is putting out more or less alternative music releases, they do aim for them to be commercially viable.

CPZ released a number of début albums by artists such as Slon in sadež, Naio ssaion, Tide, Leaf-fat, Siti Hlapci, who have later gained a wider recognition among the Slovene audiences. This diverse musical range is also accompanied by some commercially very successful musicians like Magnifico, Daalaj Egol and Gušti in Polona and by a number of others (Intimn frizurn, Srečna mladina, Da Phenomena etc). Musicians from neighbouring countries like Croatia (Diyala) and Bosnia (Dubioza Kolektiv) also release their music on CPZ.
