Part of the Pekarna Magdalena Network, a non-profit and non-governmental institution for the support of civil-social initiatives and multicultural co-operations, this gallery is named after the Hladilnica ('Fridge hall') of the former military bakery complex in which it is situated. Comprising a main 523 square metre space and a smaller 400 square metre space, Hladilnica Gallery presents mainly the work of younger artists who work in the field of urban alternative culture and subculture in various media.
