The Ante Trstenjak Gallery is located next to the Ljutomer Culture House. The gallery runs a permanent collection of works (mostly) from the Prlekija region, among them paintings and graphic art works by Ante Trstenjak (1894–1970). Most of the works in its collection were purchased at Ex-Tempore art colony events or at the Biennial of Small-size Paintings (Bienale slik malega formata, Ljutomer), which has been held in even years since 2000.

The gallery annually organises up to 10 monthly exhibitions, mostly by Slovene artists. Additionally, it is responsible for the occasional artwork sales held in the Ljutomer city hall.
