Published since 2000 by the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana, the Magazine AR Architecture, Research is a biannual publication containing scientific papers, reviews of scientific research activities taking place at the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana, and news about the academic staff participation at professional and scientific conferences.

The second yearly issue presents a thematic issue, dedicated to a particular topic, naming only Architectural graphics (2001), Workshops (2002), Detail (2004), Renovation (2005), and Spatial Design (2008). Beginnings was the subject of the last thematic issue in 2009, featuring texts from a younger generation of architects, especially reviews from doctoral students.

Papers are published in Slovene, with their summaries in English. The back issues are available also on the website.
