Likovni salon Celje runs the Artist-in-Residence programme that has developed from the need for a more active flow of people and ideas in culture and arts in the city of Celje. The programme is based on mobility, multi-disciplinary approach, participation, constructing a dialogue and co-operation among artists, as well as between art and broad community. It is modelled on contemporary models of the residencies, which are no longer isolated art communities, but dynamic forms of creativity in an urban setting.
