Deepend eros brajko.jpgThe massive custom-made Boris Soundsystem is regularly used at DeepEnd! events. DeepEnd! is an independent record label and movement self-described as "a like-minded group of individuals conspiring to advance their soundSystem culture concepts." Based in Ljubljana, the label mainly focuses on various forms of global bass music with a special interest in the UK heritage, covering genres like dubstep, grime, 2-step, UK garage, dub and different mutations of these genres. The DeepEnd! collective regularly organises bass music events and runs the radio show Globoki konec on Radio Študent

About

Founded in 2017, the label has been very important in the promotion of bass music in Slovenia, releasing the music of local artists on vinyl to great international acclaim, organising soundsystem events across the country and presenting bass culture to local and international audiences. Their roster includes names like FLO, Gisaza, Kanomotis, MarkaSan, CLZ, Rawland, DubDiggerz and more. The DeepEnd! community unites Slovenian artists and aficionados with international bass music fans. The label and collective also runs its show Globoki konec on Radio Študent, Ljubljana.

Releases

DeepEnd! represents niche bass music artists from Slovenia where the scene is very small. Their roster includes internationally acclaimed names like FLO, whose track Turn Around was played by the legendary Aphex Twin on his iconic Field Day Festival performance in London in 2017, DubDiggerz, a duo that had a major impact on the regional bass scene, and experienced selectors like MarkaSan, but also rising talents like Gisaza, Kanomotis and lowcase. They release their music both digitally and on vinyl.
