About the residency
A call for applications is published annually, usually in the beginning of the year. The selection process is both by invitation and application. The artist-in-residence is provided with free accommodation in the AIR Celeia studio apartment and gets the possibility of either presenting or exhibiting one's work in the public spaces in the city of Celje. The AIR Celeia Celje programme helps the artists with a stipend of up to 600 Euro monthly depending on the application. The residents must fund all their living expenses and traveling costs.
