Beseda (Word) is a collection of literary texts in Slovenian, collected for research and educational purposes and managed by the Fran Ramovš Institute of the Slovenian Language.

Currently, the corpus consists of 112 literary works, mostly prose. It includes 98 original works as well as translations of 41 authors, published between 1858 and 1996 (50% of the corpus is from the period after 1962).

The texts have been transferred into electronic form at the Fran Ramovš Institute of the Slovenian Language or come from archives and internet collections of various educational and research institutions (for example, the Departments of Slovenian Studies and Slavistics Library, University of Ljubljana) or individual contributors.
