The Database of translators is a non-profit database cataloguing translators from Slovenian to other languages. It is maintained and updated by the Slovenian Book Agency and openly accessible to all users.

Contents

The Database allows users to search for the suitable translator by using several search toolbars. It is possible to search for a specific translator, a specific target language or a specific literary genre (theatre, fiction, children's & young adults literature, poetry, non-fiction). As such, the database represents a useful tool for international literary publishers and agents that are seeking translators who could translate a certain Slovenian literary (or non-fiction) work.
