It also issues textbooks and works in translation. Many of Mladika's works have been nominated for literary accolades: the [[Večernica Award|Večernica]] and [[Desetnica Award|Desetnica]] Awards, for instance. ''Kekec'', Slovenia's foremost literary magazine for elementary school children, is another project run by Mladika. To a minor extent, they also publish works for adult readers, such as monographs of famous Slovene poets [[Josip Murn]] and [[Oton Župančič]].
