Besides this, Dallas Records is also a big player on the regional pop and rock scene and has a very active sister company in Croatia. Since 1992, Dallas has released approximately 130 audio records covering a vast range of genres, including singer-songwriters (Aleksander Mežek, Andrej Šifrer); various pop music (Tinkara Kovač, LeeLooJamais, Kingston, Čuki, Helena Blagne); folk rock (Katalena); rap (Chorchyp); soundtracks (Sweet Dreams by Mitja Vrhovnik Smrekar); rock music (NONmusic, Demolition Group, Kuzle, Rock Partyzani, Big Foot Mama); jazz (Miladojka Youneed); blues; classical; and film music as well as experimental music.
Dallas Records also handle wholesale distribution of phonograms and represent, promote, and market music and musicians. While some of the later musicians come from other countries, Dallas (alongside its local clients) primarily promotes and distributes music by singers and bands from former Yugoslavia (Neda Ukraden, Severina, Gibonni, Denis & Denis, LET3, Bajaga, Goran Bregovič, Đorđe Balašević, Jinx, Plavi Orkestar, Davor Radolfi, Tereza Kesovija, etc.) and has also released several compilations of their music.
