Every year a lot of Slovene and foreign guests come to exhibit or lecture about their comics, talk as guests at the panels, young authors compete for an exhibition, with a comic auction being held, and similar.
Festival Tinta 2017 hosted Aleksandar Zograf (SRB), Boulet (FR), Kate Evans (GB), Ukmukfukk Zine collective (H), experimental collective Chalky (NL) Izar Lunaček (SI), Iztok Sitar (SI) etc.
