V.O.O.D.O.O. (a play on VOO d o o meaning VOO Ltd) design laboratory was founded in February 2003 by Zoran Garevski, Petra Grmek, Nataša Peršuh, Jelena Prokovič and Helena Sebanc. The company (with a common manager) covers various fields of work and unites four independent labels (Garevski, JSP, Natas Persuh, petragrmek). Their primary activity is fashion design, however they also engage also in lecturing, counselling and training. V.O.O.D.O.O. members are involved in styling and fashion editorials, advertising campaigns, costume creation and corporate identity design. They also work internationally.

In 2004 V.O.O.D.O.O. creations were presented at the Fresh exhibition of Slovene contemporary fashion design hosted by Maribor Art Gallery.
