Though its work encompasses a range of activities, it is restoration or "restructuring" projects that have garnered the firm considerable renown. By applying a nuanced view of architecture as memory, Arrea has succeeded in aligning historically rich structures with the needs and tastes of the modern world, as evidenced by their acclaimed intervention on Plečnik House in Ljubljana. | |
