The Graduate School at UNG was founded in 2004. A year later the Scientific Research Centre (ZRC SAZU) joined as one of its co-founders. The institution holds several bilateral agreements for international student and academic staff exchange (ERASMUS, other partner universities in Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa).
