The category of archives is also diverse. Let's reconsider how to address these articles according to the needs of the field. Feedback and recommendations are welcome in the discussion.

Not all of the following subheadings will be suitable to all institutions. Some may also be combined into an appropriate combination. Please try to follow the basic order.

• Background – a catchall category for history, programme and mission. Mostly we are interested in how and why they were established and important milestones. Milestones can be merely mentioned and referred to the overviews if they are discussed there.
