In May and June 2012 the Co-festival brought together two young contemporary dance festivals, the Ukrep - Festival of Dance Perspectives and PLESkavica Festival, and joined forces with the international Nomad Dance Academy Slovenia to reflect on their contents, positions, and aesthetic stances. The festival takes place at the Kino Šiška Centre for Urban Culture, a member of the European Dancehouse Network, its main theme being The Art of Co-Living.

Based on the principles of cooperation, coworking, participation, and process-oriented work, the festival's programme ranges from performances, works-in-progress, and different workshops to lectures, lecture-performances, discussions and interviews, with plenty other forms of artistic and social gatherings, thus enabling arts professionals to network and share a "coworking" space with makers from their or other fields.
