The purpose of this monthly NGO-zine is to make the public more fully aware of the role of the non-governmental and non-institutional sector, its meaning, realities and possibilities. The magazine is designed as an autonomous, independent, critical means of political communication, and therefore aims to be a bulletin-style information supplier for the non-governmental sector. Its stresses the importance of following new sources of social dynamics and new types of cultural, political and civil initiative, regardless of their apparent public success. In this sense it almost prevents the self-evident practice of social/political division of private and public space. In short, an important part of the magazine is earmarked to the forms, causes and consequences of social marginality.
