KIBLA Multimedia Centre was founded in 1996 as a non-profit association for culture and education, offering also free Internet access, e-mail addresses and web space for non-profit organisations and individuals. Venues

Today the venue comprises KiBela Art Space, Za:misel Bookstore and KiBar cyber bar. KIBLA runs also a dislocated Information and Communication Point (KIT) at Glavni trg 14 in Maribor, which offers Internet access, consulting and educational programmes regarding information and communications technology.
