Programme
The festival site Sotočje is located on a peninsula between the turquoise mountain rivers Soča and Tolminka. In the past the programme has hosted as many as 40 acclaimed bands on the main Metal Stage and 44 young bands on the Talent Forum Stage. The line-up of bands in past editions of the festival has included: Danzig, Apocalyptica, Hypocrisy, Noctiferia, Primal Fear, Slayer, Anthrax, Obituary, Soulfly, Dimmu Borgir, Arch Enemy, Motörhead, Cradle of Filth, Sepultura, Kreator, Immortal, Korpiklaani, Pain, The Exploited, Ministry, In Flames, Morbid Angels, Nightwish, Down.
The extended 2010 edition of Metalcamp will be featuring Immortal, Cannibal Corpse, Over Kill, Behemoth and Sabaton.
