Programme and main events
The events organised by the Centre vary and are held throughout the year at different venues in Ljubljana. The first international conference on Danilo Kiš and World Literature and organised by the Centre was held at Visconti Fine Art Gallery in February 22nd 2010 on the occasion of Kiš's birthday.
In the framework of regular events Open Humanities the Centre collaborates with the research institution Institutum Studiorum Humanitatis (ISH). In November 2010 the lecture History and the Writer was held at the Institute, followed by a talk with Radoslav Petković, which was moderated by Svetlana Slapšak. The literature event with public readings and guests Dubravka Ugrešić and Nenad Veličković was organised at the Mini Theatre in Ljubljana in June 2011.
The Centre's website construction was supported by the Serbian Ministry of Culture, the funding of the organisation mainly consists of donations.
