As Nina has had a 20-year presence on the Slovene and ex-Yugoslavian music scenes (she used to be member of the legendary band Videosex), she has managed to attract a wide variety of artists from all over the ex-Yugoslav region, ranging from big pop names like Severina and Gibonni to rock bands such as Hladno Pivo and Prljavo kazalište. ReflektorMusic has also cooperated with the English drummer Simon Phillips and, for the purpose of recording a Toše Proeski album, with the Grammy award-winning producer Andy Wright. Nina Sever was also the producer of a documentary about Toše titled Toše – The Hardest Thing.
