The Slovene national airline Adria Airways has been publishing the richly illustrated award-winning Adria Airways In-Flight Magazine for its passengers since 1988. The In-Flight Magazine covers current happenings in the international context of Slovene culture and society and it also publishes reports on life in European capitals. Among the articles on Slovene tourist sites and destinations there are articles revealing the personal and professional experiences of foreign expatriates living in Slovenia and Slovenes living abroad.

The In-Flight Magazine is published every two months in Slovenian and English and is complimentary on all Adria Airways flights. The current and back issues of the magazine through October/November 2007 are also available online in pdf format.

Designed since 1994 by LUKS Studio, the In-Flight Magazine is known for its striking visual layout and compelling photography. In 2000 the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) awarded the magazine with the prestigious Golden Quill Award of Excellence. For the magazine's 20-year anniversary in 2008, a special exhibition took place at the Ljubljana Castle revealing the history of the magazine's design and visual identity.
