At first the storytelling festival was organised by Cankarjev dom, the Slovene Ethnographic Museum and the Association of Slovene Museums, later on it grew into a partnership of various cultural organisations such as Vodnik Homestead, Kinodvor Cinema, Slovenian Cinematheque, Pripovedovalski variete Cultural Association, the National and University Library, and the Global Institute Slovenia – an institute for global learning and development projects. Recently some festival events have been hosted also by Maribor Puppet Theatre, Maribor Public Library and Vetrinjski dvor in Maribor.
