The union has two well-known projects: since 1999 the school magazine Primorska Sozvočja is regularly published. Written by music teachers, it covers concerts, musicological debates, the history of individual music schools, reviews of concerts and competitions, and interviews with composers, soloists and the like. The union has also released the score collection Trobila, which consists compositions for solo brass instruments and chamber groups.
