How to contribute

Please enter corrections or missing information for the indicated article (named in the green space above) in the editing window. You may write in Slovenian or in English, however, writing in English language will help our staff to implement your changes more quickly.

Whatever is typed into the window will appear in the article's discussion page and will be integrated into the text by editors according to our house rules and article guidelines. If you need help with MediaWiki, check out these cheatsheet links.

You can also contact the editors or upload photos or images. Your contributions are very important to us and will help us to make Culture.si an effective and informative portal.

Corrections

If you have spotted an error in an article, by all means let us know! Especially important to us are names of personnel, artists, etc. (and their functions), titles of books, performances, films, publications, projects, etc. (Slovenian name and English translation), current contact information, and Internet links. If possible, please include a link to the source of the information or to a web page where the information can be verified.

Missing information

Given that you are reading the beta version of Culture.si, it is possible that we have not updated certain articles or that more current information is just plain missing. We particularly appreciate information about current or recent international cooperation projects and news about upcoming programs, exhibition, events, etc, and links to websites related to an organisation and its cultural activities. Dates and venues for Slovene cultural events happening outside of Slovenia will be added to our calendar of Culture from Slovenia worldwide.

Send a message to the editors

If you have a general question or message for the editors, not related to a particular article, please contact them by telephone or e-mail at the Editorial desk.

Upload photos or images

Upload photos and images to be added to an article's gallery. Before uploading a file, be sure to have all information nearby about the author, title, date of creation, and usage rights for Creative Commons. Please name the file uniquely, for example by prefixing it either by the article name, photographer's name or date information.

The upload files link is added to the Toolbox (bottom left) if you are logged in.
