Originally founded in 1974 in Milano (Italy) by Lazar Vujić and since 1991 active in Slovenia, first as Kolizej Gallery, later as Visconti Art Gallery. Nowadays this commercial gallery operates nowadays on two locations in the Slovene capital: Gallery Lazar Vujić in the centre of the medieval Ljubljana on the first floor of Mestni trg 18 and in the passageway of the "Small Skyscraper" (Nebotičnik) close to Slovenska Street on Štefanova 5.

It offers a wide range of prominent Slovene and international artists as Stupica, Mušič, Džamonja, Zec, Warhol, Lichtenstein, Rauschenberg, Wesselmann, Kolar, etc.

Visconti Fine Art has participated at several well-known art fairs, in 2010 also on the Vienna Art Fair and publishes the Visconti Fine Art Editions (limited edition prints by Živko Marušič and David Tremlett).
