Established in 1992, A Atalanta is an independent film, video and TV production company based in Ljubljana. Owner and representative Branislav Srdić manages the company and its sister companies in the former Yugoslavia (Croatia, Serbia, Monte Negro, Macedonia) in tandem with the director Miloš Srdić. The company is active in the production, co-production, services, and distribution of film, video, and commercials, as well as renting of equipment.

Activities

A Atalanta launched its feature film productions in 1996 with Čamčatka [Melitta], a TV film directed by Mitja Novljan. Today it is one of the well-established film companies, engaging in the film production and co-production services throughout the Balkan region. In 2009, in co-production with ZVVIKS, Institute for Film and Audiovisual Production, A Atalanta produced also the animation series Mulc [THE KIDDO].
