Work
Gigodesign’s work is focused on: product design (product & packaging design, user experience, product graphics, visual style), branding (brand & corporate identity, naming, brand strategy & positioning, communication strategy), digital (front & back-end development, UX & UI design, web & app design), experience design (service design, user research, brand experience, tradeshow & POS design), and consulting (design management, business model design, innovation process implementation, production planning, industrialisation consulting).
Connsequentually, a colourful palette of work has come out of the hands of this creative collective, from typography, information graphics, corporate identity, posters, publications, magazines, and newspapers to interactive design, product design, packaging design, exhibition design, and advertisements. Through the search for different graphic solutions the Gigofonts library of different typefaces for various design needs has been built. A wide range of products include the packaging for distribution of orchids, and the folding city bike Bigfish.
The work of Gigodesign covers many cultural events: the exhibition designs for the Biennial of Slovene Visual Communications and the International Design Event, the web design of the Exodos International Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts, the annual posters for the Druga Godba Festival, the visual identity and the trophy for the Intercontinental Advertising CUP, and the information design for the Festival of Slovenian Film. They also conduct research & development projects supported by public funding.
