The second goal of the festival is to bring new performers who have never before performed in Slovenia. The festival is produced by Pekarna Magdalena Network and takes place annually at Gustaf Hall, Satchmo Jazz Club, Kino Gledališče, and Cantante Restaurant. The many venues have brought more interest in the festival and increased attendance. The best-attended concert was a most unusual yet very exceptional and original one: it was given by Xu Fengxia, a guzheng player and singer from China.
