The Ljubljana-based group [[Rotor]] was formed in [[established::1998]] and a is a vibrant part of the Slovene dance and house scene. The driving force of Rotor is [[Iztok Turk]], the originator and key composer of Slovene techno music, also known for being the leading member of legendary 1980s groups like [[Videosex]], [[Otroci socializma]], and many others.
